Who Can Apply for the Morocco eVisa
Whether you need a visa for Morocco – and which route applies – is decided by your nationality and the documents you hold. Every traveller falls into one of three situations.
Visa-exempt
Some nationalities can enter Morocco for a short visit without any visa. If this is you, no eVisa application is needed – you travel on your passport.
eVisa-eligible
You need a visa, but you can obtain it online. You may qualify by nationality, or by a document you hold – a valid residence permit or entry visa from certain countries can open the eVisa even when your nationality alone does not.

Only ordinary passports are accepted for the eVisa. Your eligibility is confirmed for your exact case during the application, before any payment is made. A small number of nationalities use a separate Electronic Travel Authorisation instead of the eVisa. Morocco does not offer a general visa on arrival, so the correct document must be arranged before you travel.

The Morocco eVisa requirements come down to two things: being eligible (by nationality or by a qualifying residence permit or visa) and submitting a complete, consistent application with the right documents. Your name, date of birth, passport number and travel dates must match across your passport, the form and every supporting file – mismatches are a common reason applications are refused.
The eVisa is tied to the passport you apply with. If your passport is close to expiry or damaged, renew it before applying – a new passport number afterwards means the eVisa no longer matches.

- Passport photo-page scan – clear, complete and fully legible
- Passport-style photo – in the format shown at upload
- Residence permit or entry visa – only if you qualify through a document you hold; it must be valid when you apply

Each total combines the visa cost with a service fee for guided preparation, review and submission. VAT is included. You pay once, online, when you submit.

USD 90 visa cost + USD 79 service fee.
Urgent – USD 229
USD 120 visa cost + USD 109 service fee.

Important Information
- Final approval rests with the Moroccan authorities. Travel Entry prepares and submits your application; the decision to issue an eVisa is made by the relevant Moroccan authorities.
- An approved eVisa does not guarantee entry. Border officers make the final decision on arrival and may refuse entry if conditions are not met. Carry your passport and supporting documents.
- Single entry. The eVisa admits you once. Leaving Morocco uses it up, even if days remain on your stay or validity.
- Two separate limits. Enter within 180 days of issue; stay up to 30 days from the day you enter.
- Carry a printed copy. Airlines and border officers may ask to see your eVisa; a printout avoids problems if the file cannot be opened.
- Details must match your passport. Applications are checked against your passport on arrival; inconsistencies are a common cause of refusal.

Do I need a Morocco eVisa?
