Travel Entry Terms and Conditions

These Travel Entry Terms and Conditions govern your use of travelentry.ma and the services we provide through it. Please read them before using the site, requesting a travel service or asking us to assist with a Morocco eVisa application. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Travel Entry is an independent, private travel and visa assistance service. We are not the Government of Morocco, not an embassy or consulate, and not affiliated with any of them.

1. Who we are

travelentry.ma (“Travel Entry”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Global Visa Partners Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17454073, registered office 10-16 Tiller Road, 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, London, E14 8PX, United Kingdom.

Travel Entry is an independent, private assistance service. We are not part of, and are not affiliated with, the Government of Morocco, any Moroccan ministry or agency, or any embassy or consulate. We do not issue visas and we have no influence over visa or entry decisions. Anyone who is eligible may apply for a Morocco eVisa without using our service.

By using this website or any of our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. What we provide

  • Morocco eVisa assistance – checking your eligibility route, guiding you through the application form, reviewing your details and documents for errors and inconsistencies, submitting the application to the Moroccan authorities and keeping you informed until a decision is issued (section 3).
  • Request-based travel services – tours and activities, airport transfers, hotels and riads, car rental and travel insurance information, arranged through request forms and confirmed with you before anything is booked (section 8).
  • Free information – Morocco travel guides and articles, provided for general guidance only (section 12).

3. Morocco eVisa assistance

Our eVisa service is a preparation and submission service. The eVisa itself is issued by the Moroccan authorities, who alone decide whether to grant or refuse it and how long that takes. Eligibility rules, document requirements, validity conditions and entry conditions are set by the Moroccan authorities and may change without notice; where anything on this site differs from information given by those authorities, their information prevails.

Your eligibility route is checked at the start of the application, before any payment is taken. Payment submits the application. Once submitted, the details in the application are final and the application cannot be cancelled or amended by us.

An eVisa, when issued, is a single-entry authorisation for a stay of up to 30 days that must be used to enter Morocco within 180 days of its issue date. It is tied to the passport used in the application. Every traveller, including children, needs their own eVisa.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide information that is complete, accurate and entered exactly as it appears in your passport, and upload documents that are genuine, valid, legible and complete.
  • Hold an ordinary passport valid for at least six months from your intended date of entry, and travel on the same passport you apply with.
  • Review every detail before paying, because payment submits the application and details cannot be changed afterwards.
  • Respond promptly if we or the Moroccan authorities request additional information, and check the email address you gave us for our messages.
  • Confirm all entry, health and customs requirements for your trip with the relevant authorities before you travel, and carry a printed copy of your eVisa with your passport.
  • Use the site and our services only for lawful purposes and only for yourself or for people who have authorised you to act for them.

We are not responsible for refusals, delays or costs that result from inaccurate, incomplete or false information or documents supplied by you or on your behalf.

5. Fees and payment

The price of eVisa assistance is shown in full before you pay on our Morocco eVisa fees page and at checkout. Each total combines the visa cost with our service fee for guided preparation, review and submission; VAT is included and there are no additional charges at checkout. Two processing options are offered (standard and urgent); both result in the same eVisa and differ only in review speed and price.

Fees are paid online, once, at the time of submission, and are collected by a third-party payment provider. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged. We may change published fees at any time; changes do not affect applications already paid for.

Paying our fee purchases our assistance, not a visa. It does not guarantee approval (section 11).

6. Processing times are estimates

The processing times published on this site (typically within about 72 hours for standard and about 24 hours for urgent processing) are estimates for complete and accurate applications. They are not guarantees. Weekends, Moroccan public holidays, high application volumes and additional verification by the authorities can extend them, and the timing of any decision rests with the Moroccan authorities. You should apply well before your travel date and should not book non-refundable travel on the strength of an estimate. See Morocco eVisa processing times.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The following principles apply to eVisa assistance; the full terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • Before submission: an application that has not yet been submitted can be cancelled and the amount paid refunded in full.
  • After submission: because payment submits the application, it cannot be cancelled and the visa cost is not refundable.
  • If the eVisa is refused: the visa cost is not refundable. The service fee may be refunded on request within 30 days of the refusal notice, provided the refusal was not caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
  • If the eVisa is approved: no refund is available, including where your plans change or you do not travel.

Because our service is performed and the application submitted as soon as you pay, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately at your request and that any statutory right to cancel a distance contract ends once the application has been submitted.

8. Travel services on request

Tours and activities, airport transfers, hotels and riads, car rental and travel insurance information are arranged through request forms. Sending a request is free and creates no obligation on either side. We reply with options, what each includes and the cost; nothing is booked or charged until you confirm in writing, and the price, inclusions and cancellation terms of a confirmed booking are those stated in our confirmation to you. Online booking and live availability are not offered at present.

Travel insurance information is general information only. We are not an insurer or insurance broker, do not sell or arrange policies and do not advise on individual cover; any policy is a contract between you and the insurer you choose.

9. Third-party services and suppliers

Confirmed travel services are performed by independent suppliers – tour operators, drivers, hotels, rental companies and others – under their own terms, which we pass on to you with the confirmation. We act as an intermediary in arranging them and are not the operator of the tour, vehicle or accommodation. Payments for eVisa assistance are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. Links to other websites, including those of Moroccan authorities, embassies, insurers and suppliers, are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or services.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for: the refusal, delay or cancellation of a visa or of entry to Morocco by the Moroccan authorities; changes to visa rules, fees or requirements made by those authorities; losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete or false information or documents supplied by you; the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, insurers, airlines or payment providers; or any loss of profit, business or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you in connection with eVisa assistance is limited to the service fee you paid us for the application concerned, and in connection with a travel service to the amount you paid us for that service.

11. No guarantee of approval or entry

We cannot and do not guarantee that an eVisa will be granted, that it will be granted within any particular time, or that you will be admitted to Morocco. Visa decisions are made by the Moroccan authorities, and border officers make the final decision on entry when you arrive, even if you hold a valid eVisa. No statement on this site or by our staff should be read as a promise of approval or entry.

12. Website content and intellectual property

The content of this website – text, guides, illustrations, the Travel Entry name and logo and the site design – is owned by or licensed to Global Visa Partners Ltd and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit the content commercially without our written permission. Some photographs are used under public-domain or open licences and remain subject to those licences.

Our travel guides and articles are general information based on sources we believe to be reliable at the time of writing. They are not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and travel conditions change. You are responsible for verifying anything on which you rely, in particular entry requirements, with the relevant authorities.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use the site to send unlawful or abusive material. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data, including the data in eVisa applications, is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these Travel Entry Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms when our services, prices, suppliers or the law change. The version published on this page at the time you make a request or payment is the version that applies to it. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the site or our services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live, and nothing in this section takes those rights away. Please contact us first if you have a complaint; we will try to resolve it with you directly.
