Standard applications are typically reviewed within about 72 hours, urgent within about 24 hours. Weekends and Moroccan public holidays are not counted, so apply well before you travel.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. They describe how long a complete and accurate application is usually processed; no assistance service can commit to a decision date on behalf of the Moroccan authorities.

Once issued, the eVisa must be used to enter Morocco within 180 days of its issue date, so applying early does not shorten how long it stays usable for most trips.

The typical timeframes assume a complete, consistent application submitted on a business day. Several factors can push a decision beyond the usual window, and none of them can be bypassed by choosing urgent processing.

When to Apply for Your Morocco eVisa
Travelling in a week or more
Standard processing is usually sufficient. Apply now rather than later – the eVisa remains usable for entry for 180 days after issue.
Travelling within a few days
Consider urgent processing, and submit on a business day with every document ready. Even then, allow a margin – an estimate is not a deadline.
Travelling in peak season
Apply earlier than you otherwise would, and check the dates of Moroccan public holidays that fall between your application and your departure.

Do weekends count as processing days?

How far in advance should I apply?
