Travel Entry Privacy Policy

This Travel Entry Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through travelentry.ma, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have under UK data protection law. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Travel Entry is an independent, private travel and visa assistance service. We are not part of, and not affiliated with, the Government of Morocco or any embassy or consulate.

1. Who we are

The website travelentry.ma (“Travel Entry”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Global Visa Partners Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17454073, with its registered office at 10-16 Tiller Road, 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, London, United Kingdom, E14 8PX. Global Visa Partners Ltd is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Travel Entry provides guided assistance with the Morocco eVisa application, request-based travel services (tours, transfers, hotels, car rental and travel insurance information) and free Morocco travel guides. The eVisa itself is issued, and all visa and entry decisions are made, by the Moroccan authorities.

Contact for privacy matters: telephone +44 7456 098799, or the contact form on this site, or by post to the registered office above.

2. What personal data we collect

2.1 Contact and service requests

When you use the request form on our contact page, we collect the information you enter: your full name, email address, telephone number (optional), the service your request is about, your travel dates and destinations (optional) and the content of your message. The form also records the IP address and device type from which it was submitted. Submissions are sent to us by email and a copy is stored in the website’s form-entry database.

Please do not send passport scans, other identity documents or payment card details through the contact form. If documents are needed for a service, we will tell you how to provide them.

2.2 Morocco eVisa assistance

To prepare and submit a Morocco eVisa application on your behalf we need the information the application requires: your identity and passport details (as they appear in your passport), nationality and country of residence, contact details, travel dates and purpose, a scan of your passport photo page, a passport-style photograph and – where you qualify through the conditional route – a copy of your residence permit or entry visa. We also record the processing option you choose and the outcome of the application so that we can keep you informed.

Fees are paid online at the time of submission. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; Travel Entry does not store your full card number. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, reference and payment status) for accounting purposes.

2.3 Travel service requests

Tours, transfers, hotels, car rental and insurance information are arranged on request. To respond we use the details you give us in your request – typically names and ages of travellers, dates, flight numbers, accommodation addresses, preferences and budget. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm, and any further details needed for a confirmed booking are requested from you at that point.

2.4 Website usage data

Like most websites, our servers and our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically record technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site securely and detect abuse. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (see section 6).

We do not require you to create an account, we do not operate a newsletter, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one): preparing, checking and submitting your eVisa application, responding to service requests, arranging confirmed bookings, and communicating with you about them.
  • Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records of payments, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
  • Legitimate interests: running and securing the website, preventing fraud and abuse, keeping records of our correspondence with you, and improving our content and services. Where we rely on this basis we have considered the impact on you and you may object at any time (section 8).
  • Consent: for statistics (analytics) and any other non-essential cookies, given through the consent banner (section 6). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share your data with

  • The Moroccan authorities. The details and documents in your eVisa application are submitted to the Moroccan authorities responsible for issuing the eVisa. This is necessary to provide the service you have requested. Their handling of your data is governed by Moroccan law, not by this policy.
  • Service providers we use to run the business: our website hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google (analytics), our email provider and the payment provider that processes eVisa fees. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contracts that restrict their use of your data.
  • Travel suppliers. If you confirm a travel service, we pass the details needed to fulfil it (for example passenger names, flight times and accommodation addresses) to the tour operator, driver, hotel, rental company or other supplier concerned.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, to protect our legal rights or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

5. International transfers

Our web servers are located in the European Union. Submitting an eVisa application necessarily involves transferring your application data to Morocco; this transfer is made because it is necessary to perform the service you have requested (UK GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). Some of our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States; where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, adequacy regulations or other safeguards recognised under UK law.

6. Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or choose categories (necessary, preferences, statistics, marketing); we use the Complianz consent tool to record your choice in a first-party cookie and to block non-essential scripts until you consent. We use Google Analytics 4, which is loaded only after you accept statistics cookies and which then sets its own cookies (including cookies beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and to report on how pages are used, such as which pages are viewed, for how long and from which general location. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name to us. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s own privacy policy.

You can prevent analytics cookies by rejecting them in the consent banner, change your choice at any time through the “Manage consent” link in the footer, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. A full list of the cookies used is in our Cookie Policy. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read this site or to send us a request. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes when it needs to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Contact and service requests: for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • eVisa application files: for as long as needed to complete the application, deliver the result and handle any query or refund under our refund policy; passport scans and photographs are not kept longer than this purpose requires.
  • Payment and accounting records: for the period required by UK tax and company law (currently six years from the end of the relevant financial year).
  • Analytics and server logs: according to the retention settings of the relevant provider and our own log rotation; these are not used to build profiles of named individuals.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, and in respect of any data covered by this Travel Entry Privacy Policy, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erase your data in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
  • data portability for data you provided to us under a contract or with consent;
  • withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We may ask you to confirm your identity before responding. We will respond within one month, or tell you if we need longer for a complex request. Please note that once an eVisa application has been submitted, we cannot withdraw data already transmitted to the Moroccan authorities.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, protected by Cloudflare, and administrative access is restricted to authorised staff. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so if you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

10. Links to other websites

Our guides and pages may link to websites we do not control, including those of Moroccan authorities, embassies, insurers and suppliers. This Travel Entry Privacy Policy does not cover those sites; please read their own privacy notices.

11. Changes to this Travel Entry Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
