Travel Entry confirms whether your route can be covered, the vehicle type and the cost, so you can decide.

You confirm
Nothing is arranged or charged until you say yes. Details are agreed with you in writing.
STEP 4
Meet your driver
You receive the meeting instructions for the day of travel and the transfer goes ahead as agreed.
Why pre-arrange
Why Arrange Morocco Airport Transfers in Advance
The first hour in a new country sets the tone for the trip. A pre-arranged transfer means a known price agreed beforehand, a driver who already has your address, and no need to find transport late at night or with children and luggage in tow. It also matters where your accommodation is inside a medina: many riads are reached on foot from a drop-off point, and a driver who knows the area saves a lot of wandering.

- Airport and direction (arrival, departure or both)
- Flight number and scheduled time
- Accommodation name and address
- Passengers – adults, children and their ages
- Luggage – number and any oversized items
- Contact – email, and a phone number reachable on the day
Good to Know
- Requests, not instant bookings. Transfers are arranged on request; online booking and live availability will be added later.
- Costs are confirmed before you commit. Sending a request is free. The price is set out in our reply and agreed with you before anything is arranged.
- Give us your flight number. It lets the pickup be planned around the actual arrival, not just the scheduled time.
- Combine with other services. Request hotels or tours and activities in the same message.
- Visa first. If you need a Morocco eVisa, apply early and avoid non-refundable arrangements until it is approved. A transfer has no effect on the visa decision, which is made by the Moroccan authorities.
- Allow time on departure. Marrakech and Casablanca airports can have long security queues, especially in the morning.

How much does an airport transfer cost?
It depends on the airport, the distance to your accommodation, the vehicle size and the time of day, so we do not publish fixed prices. The cost is set out in our reply and agreed with you before anything is arranged.
What if my flight is delayed?
Include your flight number in the request so the pickup can be planned around the actual arrival. How delays are handled for your specific transfer is confirmed with you when the arrangement is agreed.
Can you arrange a transfer for a large group?
Tell us the number of passengers and the amount of luggage in your request and we will reply with the vehicle options available for your route.
Can I request a transfer between two cities rather than to an airport?
Yes. Describe the route, date and passengers and we will confirm whether it can be covered and at what cost.
Does booking a transfer help my visa application?
No. Travel services and visa assistance are separate. eVisa decisions are made by the Moroccan authorities based on your application alone.
