Travel Entry explains how the online Morocco eVisa application works: your eligibility route is confirmed before you pay, your details and documents are checked before submission, and the decision is sent to your email. This page explains what to expect; the application itself is completed on evis.ma, an external online application service.

Before you start. Have your passport, a clear scan of its photo page, a recent passport-style photo and – if you qualify through a visa or residence permit – a copy of that document ready. Enter every detail exactly as it appears in your passport; after payment the application cannot be changed.
Eligibility
Who can apply for Morocco eVisa online?
The Moroccan authorities decide who qualifies. Travellers fall into three groups, and only the second can use the eVisa route (the Morocco eVisa overview explains what the visa allows):
Visa-exempt
Your nationality can enter Morocco for a short visit without a visa. You do not need an eVisa and should not apply for one.
eVisa-eligible
Either your nationality is on the eVisa list, or you hold a valid visa or residence permit from a recognised country (the conditional route). This is the group the online application is for.
Consular visa
Your nationality is not eVisa-eligible and you hold no qualifying document. Apply through a Moroccan embassy or consulate instead.

Have these ready before you start; the application takes a few minutes once they are to hand.
- Ordinary passport valid for at least six months from your arrival date
- Scan of the passport photo page (JPG, PNG or PDF, clear and complete)
- Recent passport-style photo on a plain background
- Valid visa or residence permit from a recognised country, only if you qualify through the conditional route
- Email address you can access while you travel; the eVisa is delivered there
- Payment card for the online fee

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, Moroccan public holidays and additional checks by the authorities can extend them, so apply well before you travel. How it works
How to apply for Morocco eVisa online via evis.ma
When you press Start Application you go to evis.ma, where the six steps below are completed in one sitting.
- Confirm eligibility – select your nationality and, if relevant, your qualifying document. No payment is taken at this stage.
- Enter your details exactly as they appear in your passport, plus your travel dates and purpose.
- Upload your documents – passport photo page, photo and, where required, your visa or residence permit.
- Review everything – this is the moment to correct a typo. After payment the details are final.
- Choose standard or urgent processing and pay – payment submits the application.
- Receive the decision by email – print the approved eVisa or keep it on your phone and carry it with your passport.

Before you start
Please read this before you pay
- No guarantee of approval or entry. The Moroccan authorities alone decide whether an eVisa is issued, and border officers decide entry on arrival. Nothing we say or do is a promise of either.
- You pay for assistance, not for a visa. The fee covers the visa cost passed to the authorities and evis.ma’s service in preparing, checking and submitting your application. It is not a fee for a guaranteed outcome.
- Payment submits the application. After payment the application cannot be cancelled or amended, and the visa cost is not refundable. If the eVisa is refused, the service fee may be refunded on request within 30 days, unless the refusal was caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Your data. The details and documents you enter on evis.ma are used to prepare and submit your application and are transferred to the Moroccan authorities for the decision.
- You can apply directly. Any eligible traveller may apply for a Morocco eVisa without using an assistance service.

FAQ
Questions before you apply for Morocco eVisa assistance
Can I apply for my family in one go?
Each traveller, including children, needs their own eVisa on their own passport. You can prepare the applications together, but each is submitted and decided individually.
Can I apply directly without Travel Entry?
Yes. Every eligible traveller can apply for the Morocco eVisa directly with the Moroccan authorities. evis.ma’s service adds an eligibility check, a review of your details and documents before submission, and support until you receive a decision, for a service fee that is shown separately from the visa cost.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Neither using the evis.ma service nor meeting the published requirements guarantees that an eVisa will be issued or that you will be admitted to Morocco. Those decisions belong to the Moroccan authorities and border officers. What evis.ma’s review can do is reduce the risk of a refusal caused by a preventable error in the application.
Can I change my details after payment?
No. Payment is the step that submits the application, and from that moment the details are final and the application cannot be cancelled or amended. Check every field against your passport on the review screen before you pay. If a mistake is discovered after submission, contact evis.ma straight away through its contact page.
What happens if my eVisa is refused?
You will be informed by email. The visa cost is not refundable, but the service fee may be refunded if you ask within 30 days of the refusal notice and the refusal was not caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
