1. An independent private service

travelentry.ma is operated by Global Visa Partners Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17454073). Travel Entry provides guided assistance with the Morocco eVisa application, request-based travel services and free travel information. We are a commercial assistance service and nothing more.

We are not the Government of Morocco, a Moroccan ministry or agency, an embassy or a consulate, and we do not act for or represent any of them. Nothing on this site – including its name, design, wording or the use of the words “eVisa” or “visa services” – should be taken to suggest otherwise. Any eligible traveller may apply for a Morocco eVisa directly, without using our service, and may contact a Moroccan embassy or consulate for consular matters.

2. Information is general guidance, not advice

The visa information, travel guides, articles and service descriptions on this site are provided for general information only. They are not legal, immigration, medical, insurance or financial advice, and they do not take account of your individual circumstances. If you need advice on your particular situation – for example on your immigration status, health requirements or insurance cover – consult a suitably qualified professional or the relevant authority.

We prepare our content carefully from sources we believe to be reliable, including official Moroccan sources, and we keep it under review. We do not, however, warrant that it is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it, and we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on it.

3. Visa decisions belong to the Moroccan authorities

Eligibility for the Morocco eVisa, the documents required, the conditions attached to it, the time taken to process an application and the decision to grant or refuse it are all determined solely by the Moroccan authorities. Entry to Morocco is decided by border officers on arrival, even for travellers holding a valid eVisa. Travel Entry has no influence over any of these decisions.

Where anything on this site differs from information given to you by the Moroccan authorities, an embassy or a consulate, their information prevails.

4. No guarantee of approval or entry

Using our service, paying our fee or meeting the requirements described on this site does not guarantee that an eVisa will be issued, that it will be issued by any particular date, or that you will be admitted to Morocco. No statement on this site or made by our staff is a promise of approval or entry. Our fee purchases our assistance with the application, not the visa itself.

5. Processing times are estimates

The processing times published on this site – typically within about 72 hours for standard and about 24 hours for urgent processing – describe how long complete and accurate applications are usually processed. They are estimates, not guarantees or deadlines. Weekends, Moroccan public holidays, high application volumes and additional verification by the authorities can extend them. Do not book non-refundable travel on the strength of an estimate, and apply well before your intended travel date.

6. Verify current requirements before you travel

Visa rules, fees, entry conditions, customs regulations and health requirements can change at short notice. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements that apply to your nationality, your documents and your travel plans with the Moroccan authorities, your own government’s travel advice and, where relevant, your airline, before you travel. Nothing on this site replaces that check.

7. Travel guides and travel services

Our Morocco travel guides describe destinations, activities, accommodation, transport, food, culture and practical matters in general terms. Conditions on the ground – opening hours, prices, timetables, safety, weather and the availability of services – change, and descriptions that were accurate when written may no longer be so. Treat the guides as a starting point for your own planning, not as a substitute for it.

Travel services (tours and activities, airport transfers, hotels, car rental and travel insurance information) are arranged on request. The types of service described on this site are indicative; availability, price, inclusions and terms are confirmed for your specific request before anything is booked, and nothing is booked or charged until you confirm. Travel insurance information is general information only: we are not an insurer or insurance broker and do not sell, arrange or advise on individual policies.

8. Third-party websites and suppliers

This site links to websites we do not control, including those of Moroccan authorities, embassies and consulates, insurers, suppliers and reference sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. Confirmed travel services are performed by independent suppliers – tour operators, drivers, hotels, rental companies and others – under their own terms; we arrange them as an intermediary and do not operate the tour, vehicle or accommodation. Payments for eVisa assistance are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the exceptions and limits set out in our Terms and Conditions, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information on this site, from decisions of the Moroccan authorities or border officers, from changes to rules or requirements, from information supplied by you, or from the acts or omissions of third parties. Nothing in this Travel Entry Disclaimer limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Changes to this Travel Entry Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer when our services, our content or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
