Good to Know

- No charge to ask. Sending a request does not commit you to anything; any costs are confirmed with you before a service is arranged.
- Travel services are separate from your visa. Requesting a tour, transfer or hotel has no effect on a Morocco eVisa application, which is decided by the Moroccan authorities.
- Book ahead for peak dates. Send dates early for spring, autumn, New Year and major festivals, when drivers, riads and guides fill up.
- Sort the visa early. If you need an eVisa, allow for processing times before locking in travel arrangements.

Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. A request is an enquiry. Any costs for a service are confirmed with you before anything is arranged, and you decide whether to proceed.
Can I request more than one service at once?
Yes. Describe everything you need – for example a transfer, a hotel and a day tour – in one request, with your dates and destinations, and we will respond to all of it together.
Do I need a visa before requesting travel services?
No, you can enquire at any time. If you need a Morocco eVisa, it is sensible to check the requirements and apply early, and to avoid non-refundable arrangements until the eVisa is approved.
Does using travel services help my visa application?
No. Travel services and visa assistance are separate. eVisa decisions are made by the Moroccan authorities based on your application; booking a tour or hotel has no influence on the outcome.
