Travel Entry Refund Policy
This Travel Entry Refund Policy explains when the fees paid for Morocco eVisa assistance can be refunded, when they cannot, and how to ask for a refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
Travel Entry is an independent, private travel and visa assistance service. We are not the Government of Morocco, not an embassy or consulate, and the eVisa is issued by the Moroccan authorities.
1. What you pay for: visa cost and service fee
Each Morocco eVisa total shown on our fees page is made up of two parts, collected together as one online payment when you submit:
- Visa cost – the amount associated with issuing the eVisa itself. Once the application has been submitted this amount is not refundable, whatever the outcome.
- Service fee – Travel Entry’s charge for confirming your eligibility route, guiding you through the form, checking your details and documents, submitting the application and keeping you informed until a decision. This is the only part that can be refunded after submission, in the circumstances set out below.
Current amounts for standard and urgent processing are published on the fees page; VAT is included and there are no additional charges at checkout. Paying the fee purchases our assistance, not the visa: it does not guarantee approval.
2. Payment submits the application
Your eligibility route is checked at the start of the application, before any payment is taken. Completing payment is the step that submits the application for processing. From that moment the details in the application are final and the application cannot be cancelled or amended. Because the service is performed and the application submitted as soon as you pay, please review every detail against your passport before paying.
3. Refund rules by stage
3.1 Before submission – full refund
An application that has not yet been submitted can be cancelled and the amount paid refunded in full.
3.2 After submission – no cancellation
Once payment has been made and the application submitted, it cannot be cancelled and the visa cost is not refundable.
3.3 If the eVisa is refused
The visa cost is not refundable. The service fee may be refunded on request within 30 days of the refusal notice, provided the refusal was not caused by incorrect or incomplete information or documents supplied by you or on your behalf.
3.4 If the eVisa is approved
No refund is available once the eVisa has been issued. This includes cases where your travel plans change, your trip is postponed or cancelled, or you decide not to travel.
At a glance
- Not yet submitted: full refund of the amount paid
- Submitted, awaiting decision: no cancellation; visa cost non-refundable
- Refused: visa cost non-refundable; service fee refundable on request within 30 days, unless the refusal was due to incorrect or incomplete information from you
- Approved: no refund
4. Why the visa cost cannot be refunded
The decision to grant or refuse an eVisa is made by the Moroccan authorities, and the visa cost relates to the processing of the application by them. It is incurred when the application is submitted, irrespective of the outcome, which is why it cannot be returned once submission has taken place. This also means that a refusal, a delay beyond the published estimated processing times, or a refusal of entry at the border by border officers, does not give rise to a refund of the visa cost.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact us through the contact form or by telephone on +44 7456 098799. Choose “Morocco eVisa question” in the form and include the word “refund” in your message.
- Give the applicant’s full name, the email address used for the application and the date of payment, so that we can identify the application. For a refusal, also state the date of the refusal notice; the 30-day period for a service-fee refund runs from that date.
- We will confirm which stage your application is at, which of the rules above applies, and the amount (if any) to be refunded.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the third-party payment provider that processed the payment. We do not hold your card details and cannot pay refunds to a different card or account.
Please do not send passport scans or payment card details through the contact form; if we need anything further to process a refund, we will tell you how to provide it.
6. Travel services
Tours, transfers, hotels, car rental and travel insurance information are arranged on request. Sending a request is free and nothing is booked or charged until you confirm in writing. The price, inclusions and cancellation terms of any confirmed travel booking are those stated in our confirmation to you for that booking; the eVisa rules on this page do not apply to them.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer under applicable law. As explained in our Terms and Conditions, by paying you ask us to begin performing the service immediately, and the application is submitted at that point; any statutory right to cancel a distance contract therefore ends once the application has been submitted.
8. Changes to this Travel Entry Refund Policy
We may update this policy when our services, fees or the law change. The version published on this page when you make a payment is the version that applies to it. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. How we handle the personal data involved in an application or a refund request is described in our Privacy Policy.
